Returns and Refunds Policy

At Clara Roams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, we may issue refunds via bank transfer or store credit).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products such as personal care items, undergarments, and clearance items may not be eligible for returns. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
